The following terms and conditions apply to all retail transactions conducted through our online store or associated brochures.

By visiting The Coco Balloon website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly before making a purchase.

Pricing:

All prices listed on The Coco Balloon website are in Australian Dollars ($).
Retail prices include 10% GST, clearly indicated on the final invoice.

The Coco Balloon reserves the right to adjust or increase prices at our discretion without prior notice. A delivery fee will be added to all orders before payment, unless the order qualifies for Free Delivery (see Shipping for details). We aim to maintain accurate pricing and descriptions for all our products and services.

Payments:


The Coco Balloon requires full payment before dispatch.
We currently accept all Visa and Master Cards, debit cards, and Afterpay, processed securely through our payment gateway. Payment options will be provided at checkout.

All customer details are protected, and we take every measure to ensure secure transactions.

You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time in the event of fraudulent use of your credit or debit card by a third party, not acting on your behalf or as your agent. In such cases, you will be reimbursed to the extent not covered by the card issuer.

Discount Codes:

The following terms and conditions apply to all discount codes offered on our Website, The Coco Balloon social media channels, marketing materials, and email communications (unless otherwise stated):

1. Only one discount code can be used per order.
2. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
3. Discount codes are limited to one use per customer.
4. All offers are subject to availability.
5. The Coco Balloon reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend offers at any time without prior notice.

Shipping:

We will select the most suitable delivery option and, if necessary, utilise a courier service. Delivery options are chosen during checkout.

In the event of items being out of stock or unavailable, we reserve the right to dispatch part orders.

When placing an order with The Coco Balloon, if you request the parcel to be left without a signature (e.g., garage, back garden, shed), you assume liability if the parcel is not received. The Coco Balloon cannot be held responsible for undelivered orders; we recommend obtaining a signature for all orders.

If you refuse to sign for your package within 14 days, you will be responsible for any incurred costs for returning the goods.

We cannot be held liable for any loss, including consequential loss, if a product does not arrive on time.

If your order is returned to us by our courier due to refusal to accept the goods, non-delivery caused by an incorrect address, or non-collection of goods from our courier, we will recover our return costs at $20.00 per parcel.

We strive to process orders promptly and pride ourselves on offering quick turnaround service. As a result, we have strict limitations on changes or cancellations once an order is placed.

If your order has not been processed by our warehouse, you may add to or cancel it for a full refund. However, if your order has been processed and sent to our warehouse, you will need to place a new order for any additions, incurring another delivery charge. Cancellations at this stage may be subject to an administration fee, and refunds may not be issued in full.

If you wish to cancel your order after dispatch, follow our returns procedure. You will be responsible for all return delivery costs and administration fees, and your delivery fees will not be refunded.

Missing, Incomplete, or Damaged Orders:

If your order does not arrive within the specified time or arrives incomplete, and our confirmation email or the paperwork included with the package does not provide a satisfactory explanation, please notify us within 3 working days, and we will promptly rectify the situation. For products that are faulty or damaged, email us at info@thecocoballoon.com.au within 7 days of receipt, including your order number and photo proof of damage. We will guide you through the refund or replacement process. If you accept a damaged parcel knowingly, ensure the damage is specified on the courier driver's signature terminal.

Refunds or replacements will be processed upon receipt of goods at our premises. Return postage will be refunded for replacements due to damage, fault, or incorrect items. Include the return delivery charge receipt in the package or email a copy to info@thecocoballoon.com.au.

Should we need to collect the goods, we reserve the right to charge a $20 uplift fee per parcel.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will be issued within 30 days from notification to us, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
